What exactly does HireCDL do?
HireCDL connects carriers with ready-to-talk CDL drivers. We collect, filter, and organize driver leads so your team can skip cold prospecting and focus on calling drivers who actually want to move.
Are you a staffing agency or a lead marketplace?
We are a lead provider, not a staffing agency. You stay in full control of the hiring process. We deliver the data and context you need so your recruiters can call, qualify, and close drivers faster.
Which types of carriers do you work with?
We typically work with small and mid-sized fleets, from 5–150 trucks, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and dedicated lane carriers. If you need drivers and have a real hiring process in place, we can adapt our leads to your lanes and requirements.

Are you agency or lead marketplace?
We are a lead provider, not a staffing agency. You stay in full control of the hiring process. We deliver the data and context you need so your recruiters can call, qualify, and close drivers faster.
With wich carriers do you work?
We typically work with small and mid-sized fleets, from 5–150 trucks, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, and dedicated lane carriers. If you need drivers and have a real hiring process in place, we can adapt our leads to your lanes and requirements.
Where do your leads come from?
We source leads from targeted job ads, our proprietary driver database, referrals, and ongoing marketing campaigns focused on CDL drivers actively looking for work.
Are the leads exclusive to my company?
Yes. When you purchase a batch, those leads are locked to your account. We don’t resell the same batch to multiple carriers.
How do you verify drivers?
We pre-screen drivers based on your lanes, equipment, experience requirements, and work history. Only drivers who match your criteria and confirm interest are tagged as HOT leads.
Where do your leads come from?
We source leads from targeted job ads, our proprietary driver database, referrals, and ongoing marketing campaigns focused on CDL drivers actively looking for work.
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. When you purchase a batch, those leads are locked to your account. We don’t resell the same batch to multiple carriers.

How often are lists updated?
Continuously. We remove bad numbers, duplicates and drivers who are no longer looking. That’s why we segment lists into HOT, warm and long-term drivers.
How does your pricing work?
You can either buy one-time lists for specific lanes, or subscribe to ongoing batches of leads every week or month. Pricing depends on volume, level of verification and whether you want HOT or broader lists.
Do you offer refunds if leads are bad?
If a lead is clearly bad data (wrong person, wrong lane, disconnected number), we credit or replace it according to your package. We can’t guarantee hires, but we do stand behind data quality.

For common lanes and profiles, you can usually get a first batch within a few business days. For more specific or rare profiles, we’ll let you know the realistic timeline before you pay.
