You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable calling, messaging and marketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call (DNC) rules, CAN-SPAM and any similar federal or state regulations.
You will not use our leads for unlawful robocalls, auto-dialed calls, mass text messaging or any other outreach that violates TCPA or Do Not Call requirements.
You will maintain your own internal Do Not Call and opt-out lists and will honor any driver’s request not to be contacted.
You will ensure that your teams, vendors and service providers who contact drivers on your behalf also follow these laws and respect opt-out requests.
