HireCDL provides verified CDL driver leads and recruiting support for U.S. trucking companies, fleets, and recruiting teams. We do not employ drivers, place them on our payroll, or act as a staffing agency. We provide data and lead generation services, not employment services.

Segmenting and filtering leads based on your lanes, equipment, experience requirements and other criteria;
Ongoing lead delivery (weekly, monthly or custom batches);
Basic recruiting support and consulting related to how to use the leads effectively.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Our Services may include, without limitation:

You are solely responsible for your own hiring decisions and compliance with all labor, safety, immigration and transportation laws.

You may purchase one-time lists, custom campaigns or ongoing lead packages as described on our website or in a written proposal.
We will describe the type of leads, expected volume and delivery method before you pay.
Pricing
Prices are specified in our pricing page, proposal or invoice.
We may change prices for future orders at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upfront before we start delivering leads.
All fees are in [USD] and are non-refundable, except as described in Section 6 (Refunds & Replacements).

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or government charges, other than our income tax.

We do not guarantee hires, interviews or any minimum performance. Our commitment is to provide driver contact data that meets the basic criteria we agreed.
We may, at our discretion, provide credits or replacements for leads that clearly fall into one of the following categories:
Wrong or non-existent phone number;
Clearly wrong person (not a driver at all);
Duplicate lead already delivered within a recent batch;
Other obvious data error that makes the lead unusable.
Conditions:
You must report bad leads within [2 days] of delivery;
We review a reasonable sample or the full list, depending on the package;
Our remedy is limited to replacement or credit, not cash refund, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Leads that do not answer, do not call back, or are not interested;
Leads that do not accept your offer, pay, home-time or conditions;
Performance outcomes, hires or revenue.

Any relevant state or federal privacy, data protection and marketing laws.
Avoid spam and abusive practices
You will not use our leads for auto-dialer robocalls, mass SMS or automated campaigns that violate TCPA or other laws.
You will not sell, resell or publicly publish our lead data without our written consent, unless the contract specifically allows it.
Honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests
If a driver asks not to be contacted, you must honor that request and update your systems accordingly.
HireCDL is not responsible for fines, penalties or claims arising from your misuse of lead data or your non-compliant outreach.

Use the lead lists in a timely manner – stale outreach reduces performance and is your responsibility;
Maintain your own CRM, notes and follow-up processes.
Our performance depends heavily on your internal recruiting, offer and follow-up. We cannot control or guarantee these.
In addition to compliance with law, you agree to:

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use or misuse of the Services or lead data;

Your violation of any law, regulation or rights of a third party (including drivers).
